  Jeremy and his team are a local institution and live up to their namesake. Everybody in this store is highly knowledgeable and ethical in their advice. The store stocks most of what you need and can do special orders when they don't have something. There's also an after hours dog wash available.

  I had heard that We Know Pets don't get their dogs from puppy farms. I saw the principal of the business judging the Moss Vale show pets competition. He was very much appreciated by all the pet owners. So when I saw a dog- the exact breed I was looking for there one day, I bought him- a miniature groodle. He has been a fantastic contribution to our home. Healthy, bright, cheeky and well socialised from his time in the shop. Thanks to the very caring team at We Know Pets!

  Friendly staff who know their products. Willing to show similar products at various prices. Love the voucher you get every time you spend $200 +. Also love the emails when sales are on & when you are eligible for the voucher. Items are easily set out so you know where to go to find what you're looking for.

  Great people to deal with. Alway helpful, friendly and very professional. Always follow through with orders and always ring when it comes in. Best in the Highland by far.
