    I went back as I felt her tone was not right, what if someone needed needles for diabetes or other medication. She was equally rude and dismissive because it was 'the way we asked and we were just there' whatever that means?? A good pharmacist should be helpful and not so quick to be judgemental. She didn't redeem herself, quite the opposite. I can't recommend this pharmacy as a result.

    Very disappointed in one of the older Indian ladies who was rude and dismissive when asked if they sold butterfly needles for a blood collection course. Her answer was we don't do that, no one does. Next door the other chemist was helpful knowledgeable and we purchased what was needed.

    Service at this pharmacy is always friendly and prompt. Advice is also well-measured with recommendations to visit a GP if they cannot help.
