    Our local John Deere supplier and service agent, an awesome experience. The sales team were great, getting us into the right sized mower instead of the large one I was originally intending to purchase, and then loaned me a trailer to get it home.

    We have been buying new and used John Deere farm equipment for our farm for over 30yrs and never had any bad experiences until now. We purchased a John Deere tractor from Agriquip Machinery Co at Bowral, over 1000km away. The salesman was asked if there was any damage to the tractor on numerous occasions. We took his word that there was no damage to the tractor. Upon receiving the tractor we are very disappointing to discover that the tractor has damage to both sides of the fan cowl on the bonnet. Clearly visible from the outside. When contacting the salesman at Agriquip Bowral he didn't want to take responsibility and was rude and unprofessional in his response. We are disappointed with our purchase.

    The spare parts and service team are exceptional, their knowledge of the equipment they look after is great. A simple phone call with a vague description of the part gets you the correct part number, reasonable price and generally it is in stock for quick pick up.
