  Terrible customer service at the shop. Some of the mobile guys were great but the people in the shop were not approachable or helpful. They did not function test my car after it was supposed to be fixed and I found myself later stranded because of it. It was returned to the shop to be fixed again and I never got an answer on what was wrong with it. I DON'T recommend.

  I will encourage people not to read the review that denigrates this firm. I have had nothing but excellent service , polite and accurate quotes and been treated very well. I was actually picked up by the police for my rear brake lights not working and I called in on a whim , and D&M put down what they were doing and fixed my brake lights straight away , and at a reasonable price. A totally professional service that I would recommend to anyone . Brad is a great bloke to deal with and explains everything in detail. Five stars from me .   Customer service was terrible, my car sat there for almost 2 months after i sent it back with the exact same issue, was then told its taking so long because i didnt re book it in, was charged $700 for labour, when i picked the car up i noticed my driver side mirror had been smashed and my light bar had been swapped for a chinese ebay light bar and im still waiting for my mirror to be replaced its only been 5 months
